4D printing is utilized to fabricate of thermo-deformable bow-tie antenna fulfill some special applications with limited space or changing property. In this paper, used manufacture nylon and carbon fiber laminated composite material. The installed on the surface material, energized heated, which causes thermal deformation substrate reconfigure feature. mechanism material explained, characteristics thermally deformed power applied are analyzed. results show that heats up, causing structure stretch a flat, maximum gain 2.37 dBi −10 dB bandwidth being 4.28–4.64 GHz 5.16–5.52 GHz, half-power beamwidth greater than 60°. bends at 30° angle 3.58 in absence external power, delivering range 4.12–5.6 close 45°. customization radiation patterns can be readily tuned control.
